A bit more about me

I am an expert generalist, weaving together a mix of experiences in producing cultural events, program design and management, sponsorship development, and brand strategy. I love to work collaboratively with teams looking for a solution to a problem they may still need help identifying. In my experience working with artists, I understand how to harness a creative vision to bring it to life - whether through one-off public programs, recurring series, or a brand strategy to package up the entire creative vision.

I feel strongly about democratizing simple brand and design-thinking techniques used by Fortune 500 companies to sell products to consumers, and applying those same tactics to help arts and cultural cultivate the right audiences to thrive.

With the continuing privatization of funding, and the oversaturated attention economy, it’s more crucial than ever to have clear, consistent, and compelling storytelling to attract more audiences, ticket-buyers, and funders.

When I’m not designing or facilitating working sessions, I’m either catching up on the Sunday paper, practicing cello, coaching kids to ski, experimenting in the garden, dreaming up new business ideas or making cider with trees from our family farm.
